Wisconsin, July 9, 2018 -  The Washington Post selected WeHaa, a leading developer of custom promotional software, to relaunch NewHomesGuide.com

The new site, which aggregates new homes from builders, was created in two months and is now live.

NewHomesGuide allows people in the Washington D.C. area to search for new homes that are under construction or move-in ready by a home builder, a lucrative niche market that is often under-served by newspapers.

About 1,200 builders and 4,000 communities are now searchable on the site.

Builders pay a premium for placement in the Community Spotlight area and for featured builder's profiles on the home page.

The new platform developed by WeHaa allows self-serve purchasing via a simplified user interface, real time feedless inventory updates, featured builder upsells, advanced search capabilities and mobile responsiveness.

“The former system was logistically challenging for everyone,” said Kevin Collins, VP of sales for WeHaa.

“They love the new platform because it is hands-off for them and hands-off for the advertisers.”

Washington Post Co. was purchased by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in 2013. Amazon prime members can now receive six months free when subscribing to the legendary newspaper.

“We are pleased to be working with such a dynamic company,” said Cesar Montes, CEO of WeHaa.

“Our ultimate goal is supporting companies that produce great journalism, and The Washington Post is one of the world's most important journalistic powerhouses.”

Wehaa develops white label platforms that help media gain immediate revenue gains, including virtual sales and expos for the automotive industry, and omni-channel promotions for real estate agents. A key innovation is feedless real-time inventory updates that allow turnkey automation.
